Columbia Home Health Care’s skilled nursing care is handled by dedicated Registered Nurses (RN’s) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s) who oversee and coordinate care of patients with family members and healthcare specialists to ensure the successful administration of complex medical therapies at home.
